Zenrg (“we”, “us”, “our”) takes great care to ensure every order is packed and delivered in perfect condition. We comply with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at zenrg@outlook.com.au within 48 hours of delivery.
We require clear photo evidence of the damage or fault to assess your claim.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with the ACL.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a prompt resolution.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
